RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME MODIFICATION CONSULTING:

Services Available:

• Assist new carehome business owners to adapt their property to a safe environment according to Community Care Licensing Health & Safety Code.

• Evaluate the exterior and interior of a care home to pinpoint possible health and safety issues for the residents.

• Identify emergency shut-off locations of utilities, facility exit doors and resident assembly points during walk-through.

• Prepare a care home modification report of the initial walk-through visit as of the physical plant, which includes suggestions to remain compliant with Health and Safety Code (Note: We only provide home modification consultation within Community Care Licensing & Health and Safety Code requirements. Any work recommended or suggested within licensing requirements, such as, ramps, grab bars or hand rails, must be outsourced and performed by a handyman or general contractor).

Fee: $150 (maximum of 2 hours)
